Check out their amazing happy hour! Its a little hard to get a seat with a view, but the drinks and food are discounted heartily!

Great restaurant with delicious meals and being on the 30th floor you get to see the city of Portland. Reservation needed in advance.

It's a bit spendy, but worth checking out. American dishes with an Asian touch, plus a happy hour, served with a 30th-floor skyline view.
