Within minutes walk/drive to plaza with Tims, Sobeys, Fit4Less, and restaurants.

The studio accommodation is a self contained basement unit with it's own side entrance (self isolated from main home) Located in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood that is close to walking and bike trails, parks, uptown Waterloo and many hip and tech centric businesses. Not to mention only a couple of kilometers from two major universities, WLU and UofW.
