Catch the secrets of the goodness and wellness of the Italian culinary art with a chef's home cooking class in Turin. Based on the season and your dietary restrictions we will cook together several recipes like the most iconic local dish, the Bagna Càoda, handmade Fresh Pasta by scratch, crossing a Seasonal Sauce to end with the inimitable Tiramisu or Pannacotta During the cooking class I will guide you step by step in planning a tasty meal, choosing ingredients, preparing and pairing them according to Italian taste, discovering new techniques and methods for cooking healthy, good, saving energy and time. After the class, in the meantime of the dinner together, as in every Italian family, we chat like foodies and take home a piece of true Italian culture, a new cooking philosophy and, I hope, a new friend from Turin. We'll be at my favorite area, the Medieval/Roman district, with its picturesque cobblestone street, the market and its hidden treasures, the oldest part of Turin and where real people live (me too!). - Why Turin is so underrated? - Is it true that Turin people are cold and fake? I propose an unconventional guided tour that highlights Turin's unknown attractions. Instead of walking along the classic tourist trails which people can easily discover by themselves, I will take my guests to a local market, have breakfast with them in a very special coffee place, show them some hidden treasures all along the way and introduce them to some coole, little shops. I’ll tell people about local legends and believes and make them understand more about some special local customs. Guests receive a copy of my own personal list of Hidden Gems of Turin. The list represents a useful reminder for people who want to get back to the places they loved most or want to explore more. It's a curated list of 30 unique spots ranging from my favourite restaurants, shops or just places to hang out in the city. This tour is perfect for people who love to discover those spots locals love rather than getting in-depth historical information about Turin and its more turistic attractions. Foodies especially will be very happy since I will use my knowledge as a Master in Food Culture and Communications to tell them all about local food (and let them taste it too!) The tour is 3h, we will spend on average 45 min/ bar so we will visit 4 bars selected by us (bars have their own history and specialties and are really the best in Town) + we reserve you for the last 30 minutes more of exploration ;) Each bar has a different style and atmosphere. Some bars have hidden passages, hidden doors through which you will pass, secret shots, some require passwords for entry, while others are accessible only by invitation. una visita guidata a luoghi più magici della città, sedi di leggende e racconti che rendono Torino la capitale della magia bianca e dell'esoterismo. La visita guidata sarà arricchita da aneddoti, racconti e tappe in luoghi al di fuori delle visite turistiche tradizionali oltre ad essere resa speciale dal taglio teatrale della narrazione. Durata: circa 2 ore con soste e momenti divertenti

***IMPORTANTE*** Possiamo valutare gruppi fino a 8 persone e date alternative anche per i giorni feriali, scrivici un messaggio! - Scopriremo insieme la zona del Canavese, dove avrete la possibilità di degustare i principali vini della zona, di pranzare in un’atmosfera familiare e accogliente, e di scoprire dei paesaggi singolari e poco conosciuti al di fuori del Piemonte. Partiremo in auto dal centro di Torino alle 10.30, per raggiungere in 40' la nostra prima tappa: un’azienda vinicola certificata biologica nelle campagne di Caluso, famose per la produzione di uva Erbaluce, da cui nascono prodotti DOCG come vini fermi, spumanti e il famoso passito. Dopo una passeggiata in mezzo alle vigne e una degustazione in cantina, pranzeremo con piatti tipici preparati per noi al momento, per poi raggiungere in circa 40' la nostra prossima tappa. La giornata proseguirà a Carema, località unica nel suo genere per via dei suoi terrazzamenti e delle caratteristiche vigne a pergola, sorrette da colonnati di pietra. Una volta raggiunto il borgo, cammineremo tra antiche vie e vigneti per 45' circa, per poi raggiungere una cantina locale, dove assaggeremo le due tipologie di vino Carema DOC. Il rientro a Torino, della durata di circa 50', è previsto entro le ore 17.30. È possibile richiedere brunch vegetariano o per celiaci. Consigliamo scarpe adatte a percorrere un sentiero sterrato.
