The place is located in a suburban area on the outskirts of Rome, with a lot of amenities within walking distance: A supermarket, a shop, as well as an Italian pizzeria.
It takes approximately 30 min by car to get to the city centre and 15 min to the beach. There's a bus and a train that go into the city centre every 30 min roughly.
