Highlights of Budapest & more Bike Tour
An excellent way to experience Budapest! I designed this tour the same way I guide my own visitors around my adopted city: to cover many of Budapest most popular sights, while also expose you to some lesser known neighborhoods and places that are popular with locals. Along the way I will give you historic information, as well as share my favorite facts about the city, its people and life in Hungary. The tour is limited to max 6 people to keep it more intimate. 1. See many of Budapest’s most famous sights, including St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament, Opera, Great Market, National Museum, ruin-pub district, Liberty square, Synagogue, Andrássy Blvd., and Terror House museum 2. Ride across beautiful Margaret Island and along the Danube past the Chain bridge, Buda castle and Gellért hill 3. Ride comfortably on an 24-speed trekking bike with front suspension 4. Visit some off-the-beaten-path places and neighborhoods, including one of my favorite squares and neighborhood markets, Hunyadi tér 5. Enjoy a cold drink (beer etc,) by the Danube and at a local market (we will make two rest stops). Other things to note Tour times are flexible, as is the tour route. Please contact me if you have any special request, and I will try my best to accommodate them.

Personal Photographer in Budapest
Better than visiting Budapest, is to experience Budapest: a city full of charm and beauty that will take your breath away. Let’s explore the beautiful places of Budapest together with my Sony :) My work as a photographer is to make you the most beautiful while capturing the true emotions of the moments. And also to have a fun time together, because this is how the best photos are made. This session starts at Fisherman's Bastion which is the best place to enjoy the panoramic view of Budapest. We will make about 30-40 min shooting there, later we will be heading to the historical Liberty Bridge where we can see the wonderful Budapest from the bridge with the view of the Danube river. If that is your first photo shoot experience and you are worried about posing, don't worry I will help you with poses. I have a long experience capturing smiles, eyes, and those special moments that will make your Photography session a long memory. You will receive all (more than 100 selected photos) original photos with a drive link in a maximum of 2 days. You can download your photos within 1 month of your shooting day. To have good light and less crowd I would recommend the morning hours. Depending on your request it is possible to change the route and the time slot. Feel free to contact :) insta: rolapho.photo

TOURS IN THE LONGEST CAVE OF BUDAPEST
We created this tour to show a very unique place for those who are ready to make efforts off the beaten track! We will visit a natural labyrinth system – a 3 dimensional playground, where we will often have to clamber up steep walls and creep through narrow passages. Prepare yourself for something active! - We will meet up near the cave (30-45 minutes from the city by bus, still in the residential Budapest) - You can change your clothes at the changing room, and we will give you the necessary equipment. - We will spend 2,5-3 hours under the ground. We will discover a small part of a 30 km long multi-level labyrinth system. As the cave is practically a maze with a network of passages, we can always find the path which fits your level of fitness. In means that we can do a relatively easy tour (still challenging), or an „adrenaline-pumping” tour - it’s up to you! - The tour is very interactive with a friendly atmosphere and English-speaking expert hosts. - It’s a perfect occasion to meet new people and maybe make new frindships - as there will be situations where cooperation makes your way easier. - After the tour you can chill at the moody beer terrace of the cave. Other things to note This is NOT an outdoor experience, it doesn't depend on the weather. Age limit: 10-55 years. No prior experience of caving needed. It is an active tour so we don't suggest it to very overweight people

Communism in Hungary w/ a Historian
See the remnants of Communism in the capital of Hungary as they come alive in front of your eyes through an expert historical commentary and personal family stories. The tour includes seeing parts of both inner Pest and inner Buda, transportation between the two and a drink at the end of the tour in a cult cafe that hasn't changed much since the 1960s. Other things to note If it rains, please bring an umbrella or rain jacket as the walk is mostly outside. In case of rain we will slightly modify the itinerary to include more indoors locations.

SUP in the Wild Budapest
We are going to do a tour with our paddleboards on the Danube from the Lupa-island till our headquarter at Romai-part. Danube is the longest river of Europe which nowadays is clean enough to swim, and the temperatures are perfect during the summer season. We'll have a short introduction of paddleboarding and safety rules, after we enjoy the nature the sun and the fresh air. You will be able to see the hidden parts of the city and the nature from the Danube during our trip, and enjoy the sound of the nature. It's also perfect time to meet new people and have nice conversations while paddling. Other things to note There is room at the meeting point where you we can close all the values. The water is clean and the temperature is 20+ celsius during summer so its possibble to swim as well during the tour.
WALK BENEATH THE CITY: EASY CAVE TOUR
Spending the day cave-exploring is one of the lesser known ways to enjoy Budapest. We designed this tour for those who want something more active and less touristic than museums and ruin pubs. This walk is a relaxed way to visit two caves, in addition we will enter into sections which are closed from other tourists. Join us if you are a natural history lover, if you travel with your adventure-seeker kids, or if you’re just looking for a getaway from the city traffic. - We will visit two caves. The tour takes 2,5-3 hours. We will meet up at Szemlő-hegyi Cave. We will spend 50 minutes there and then take a 10 minute walk to Pál-völgyi Cave, where we will do an hour-long tour. Both caves have safe pathways and lighting. - The first cave is called the ”underground flower garden” of Budapest because of its floriform mineral concretions, peastones, cauliflowers and gypsum crystals. - Our second site is a labyrinth of narrow passages and hollow spaces. We will enter the petrified world of fabular stalactites and stalagmites and amazing rock-formations. You will need to be ready to climb some stairs: we will climb more than 400 stairs and a 7 meter long ladder. Other things to note Note that these caves can also be visited on a lower price by joining the regular Hungarian guided tours. „Walk beneath the city” is a private tour for small groups with detailed English explanation.

Wine not taste our passion?
"If you live in Rome do what the romans do". If you are in Hungary taste what the locals taste. Did you know that Hungary is considered to be wine drinking nation (rather than beer)? You will have a chance to taste 6 +1 indigenous Hungarian white wines, such as the "Unpronounceable Grape" called Cserszegi fűszeres, Hárslevelű or probably our best known grape Furmint, which is the basic grape of Tokaji Aszú. Among the red you can taste Kékfrankos, Kadarka and Bull's Blood. Besides tasting these wine I will tell you the history of winemaking in Hungary. As a wine journalist and wine judge I know a lot of wine makers in personal. I will also tell some funny stories regarding their wines which we taste. Also do not forget that most of the wines can be only tasted or bought in Michelin star restaurants and top hotels in Budapest. If you would like to try out other wine tasting tours of ours all over Hungary go to: www.airbnb.com/winehungary Other things to note If you would like to book this experience on a day which is not listed in the calendar please feel free to contact me.
Experience Budapest as a true football fan
We are going to start our journey, meeting in a convenient spot for the individuals taking part in this journey. This gathering point can be very flexible, but mainly in downtown areas, so it won’t be far from anyone staying in Budapest. A real football fan doesn’t take Uber, taxi to the stadium like a tourist. You want to experience this day as a true Ferencváros fan, and you will get this feeling from my tour. We will travel to Corvin-negyed, where on match day we will visit the new Headquarters of Ferencváros ultras, Club IX, or if it is overcrowded we can visit many other authentic Ferencváros pubs on the way to the stadium. This road will take us from Corvin through Üllői út all the way to Groupama stadium. On the way we will see some interesting historical buildings. Of course, I’ll answer all your questions and will try to teach you a brief history of this area of Budapest and also the whole history of Ferencváros. The seats will always be behind the goal, between the ultras, but if you wish we can stand a bit away from them in the beginning while you get the hang of it. Throughout the game I’ll give you every infrmation about the game, players, atmosphere and the chants. During the game, there is always an opportunity to buy beverages. Whatever result Ferencváros achieve, you will experience the best atmosphere provided by the Green Monsters.
Taste The Essentials of Hungarian Wine
Join our wine tasting for a crash course on Hungary’s increasingly fabulous wines! This sommelier-led two-hour evening tasting is held in our own wine tasting room and independent wine shop (The Tasting Table Budapest), centrally located in the Palace District. It features a selection of 8 great Hungarian wines, generous food pairings, and plenty of knowledge straight from the sommelier! Hungary’s emerging wine regions are being increasingly recognized internationally, but you still won’t find many of the most interesting wines outside of the borders! Hungary has a wine culture with a long history and deep traditions, but today’s young winemakers are also building state-of-the-art wineries and experimenting with new styles. This tasting will give you a good overview of Hungarian wine—including the history, the major regions, the important varietals, unique characteristics and styles, and promising trends. By the end of the tasting you’ll have a good understanding of Hungary’s place in the world of wine (and plenty of good wine - and food - in your belly). The final wine is a Tokaj aszú wine, one of the world’s greatest sweet wines (and an essential part of Hungary’s wine story). This tasting is great for groups, teams, and team-building! Ask us about reserving the whole cellar for your private group! We will begin promptly, so please be sure to arrive a few minutes early.
