This is a typical 60s NZ home for those wanting to enjoy life's more simple pleasures. A few modernisations but mostly just the things you need. The 1.5 bathrooms is full bathroom then a shower in the laundry. There is a fire for the winter time. Fluffy sheets and hot water bottles, along with retro wool blankets. Dannevirke is a nice starting point for getting to the local walks like Manawatu gorge.
