It is perfect for drinking a morning coffee and listening the waves. It is the spot where locals hanging out. It is next to one of the most popular surfing spots in San Diego. Great for sun bathing and picnic. Close to a few sandy beaches. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The Pacific Beach night life is 5 mins drive away.

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.

This beautiful home is right off the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, a 5-10 min walk to the Pier. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom for guests. Please note, I am home but keep to myself, I live on the back of the house.
