Cozy apartment on the ground floor of our second home, located on Sommarøya, a beautiful little island in this spectacular arctic archipelago with sandy beaches, turquoise water and amazing views.
Experience aurora borealis in the winter, and midnight sun in the summer.
Sommarøya is 1 hour drive from the airport, rental car is recommended:)
The village has a convenience store, hotel, fast food/diner, gas station.
Rent a boat or kayak nearby, or join a guided sea eagle safari.

Cozy home outside Tromsø, Sommarøya.
Sommarøya is a small village 1 hour outside Tromsø. There is a bus twice a day on weekdays, during the weekend a bus runs Sunday evening.
There is good parking for the rental car. In addition to listed rooms, the house has a room with a double sofa bed. This room is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. There are also a room with a singel bed. Animals are allowed at request. We have a small dog in our family. Internet fiber
