A stay in an old farmhouse!

Country living at it's best. This two story farmhouse is located in the Delta, two miles outside the city of Rio Vista, on Highway 12. One hour to San Francisco or Sacramento and 30 mins to wineries in Napa/Sonoma or Lodi. The property was once a part of a large working farm established in 1880 and owned by the same family since that time. The farmhouse is one of two on the property and has three bedrooms and two baths as well as outside BBQ, patio and gardens.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. Beautiful Victorian a half block from the shops and restaurants downtown. There are board games and a leave one take one library. You will find a welcome gift of professionally arranged flowers and a bottle of local wine. Large secured back paved area for your truck and boat trailer. 1 block from the public launch ramp.
