Cosy one bedroom flat close to country club casino in the quiet suburb of Prospect Vale Launceston. Located at the rear of residence it has two single beds (or together making a king size bed), plus private bathroom with laundry facilities. Flat screen T.V, DVD player are also provided. The kitchen has microwave, full size fridge and stove. Brand new gas heater recently installed for added comfort in the colder months, free off-street parking at rear of building. Convenience of bus stop at front of premises and only a 5 minute walk to Prospect Vale Shopping Centre, also a 15-20 minute walk to Country Club Casino.
