The Nest is near to the Tyrrenian coast, where you can sunbathe both by beach resorts and freely (a beach umbrella is here at your disposal) from April to October. Marina, Principina, Castiglione and the gorgeous Natural Park of Maremma can be reached within 10/20 minutes by car or by bus. Our cosy little flat is placed in the city medieval centre and you will enjoy walking around for shopping, cocktails and dinners. We are also near to Siena (50’), Pisa (1.30’), Rome and Florence (1.50').

Wunderschön gelegen, am südlichen Ausläufer der Senesischen Hügel (Colli Senesi), steht dieses komplett renovierte Haus im Grünen eingebettet ... und trotzdem nur 15 Minuten vom Strand bzw. 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum. Im Erdgeschoss liegt die Wohnung (mit separatem Eingang). Nebst der Wohnung kann auf dem Vorplatz ein Gasgrill und ein Holzkohle-Pizzaofen benützt werden. Auch für Radfreunde zu empfehlen - vor der Haustür lassen sich unzählige Touren starten.

Bellissimo ed arioso appartamento nel centro di Grosseto, 7 min a piedi dal centro storico e 15 min di macchina dal mare. Grande sala con balcone, cucina munita di tutti i servizi incluso bollitore e microonde. Due bagni, uno con vasca e doccia e l'altro con solo servizi. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale e si affaccia sul cortile. L’appartamento è condiviso con mia mamma. Per qualsiasi domanda, non esitate a contattarmi!
