It offers open-plan living and is situated in Ngunguru (a fabulous holiday destination in a beautiful seaside village). Only a short walk to Whale Tail Park, the estuary (for boating, kayaking and swimming) and short 6 minute drive to the Tutukaka Marina (for restaurants, bars and shops).

We are only featuring Flat 1 which is the front unit closer to the sand. Flat 1 sleeps 8 in three bedrooms. The unit is self contained with WiFi (Unlimited data), New Samsung 4K 42 inch TV, with Sky Sports, movies and Netflix etc. Cutlery and crockery, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and a Weber bbq and trampoline with safety net.
