There is no bay access in this little neighborhood but the public boat dock and public piers are only minutes away and the beach is just a short drive. If you have kids this is the beach for them, if not, you'll love it too. Enjoy an evening with live music at Dannys on the Bay or visit Port Lavaca which is only 15 minutes away.

You can see Carancahua bay from the property and is nearly walking distance to the community boat ramp. Boca Chica is a beautiful bay community with a great restaurant (FishVille), a park/play ground for the kids, and private/community boat ramp.
