This is a Private en-suite room with a king size bed in our home (WE LIVE HERE) that’s perfect for a night or nights away. About 30 minutes from downtown Tampa and 45 - 60 minutes from beaches. We are 5 miles from both Caliente and Paradise Lakes. We also offer a 2nd room in our home. What else? * Pool * Hot Tub (10pm turn off) * Workspace (Bring Laptop) * WiFi * Kitchen (Shared, but we don’t use much) * Washer & Dryer * Living Room * Dining Area We do have dogs, but are in our room.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. One bedroom with queen bed and a fold down, full size sofa bed in the separate living room is available to accommodate up to 4 adults. A pack-n-play is available, as well as an additional queen or twin size air mattress that can be set up in an alcove off the main bedroom. The screened in, outdoor patio is a great place to relax and enjoy outdoor dining. Access to the community pool is also available.
