The house is on a quiet place and we have 4 apartments. In front is a lawn which you can use for recreation. Place is suitable for couples, couples with small child . It is a good starting point for hiking surrounding Julian Alpss, in the village is begining of cycling trail. Turist tax 2€per night per person not included.
The apartment do not have sound insulation.
The apartments are not intended for parties.

East sunrise, shaded south; but sunny in winter! Lunch/dinner facing west, shaded in summer by an old pear tree. Nights are dark, starry, silent. Village life is a lovely 7min walk across meadows. Small farmshop. And May to Sept a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves homecooked food.
