The old workshop is a newly (2022) converted, detached building next to our little cottage, located in a quiet, scenic Exmoor valley just a few miles inland from Lynton and Lynmouth. There are spectacular walks from the doorstep, and there are two country pubs, one in each direction, and both less than a 10 minute walk. We've had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and an old pine wardrobe.

The Cottage at Woodlands is a modern ,contemporary self catering apartment that overlooks the beautiful west Lyn Vallley with the sounds of birds and the rushing river to relax to. It has its own outdoor sunny terrace to enjoy the view. The property has its own direct access to the lynway which is part of the two moors way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton ,only a ten minute walk away. It has a brand new fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. Sunny in summer,cosy in winter!
