Household=myself, adult roommate, & our dog, Gracie. Please do not have unrealistic expectations of perfection; we live here and have multiple jobs. Read reviews. The listing is called Gracie' place for a reason. Dog friendly guests only. Recent review: Great value. negative reviews...probably people that are used to hotels and pricey Airbnb’s. Quiet, safe neighborhood in ponderosa woodland, yet short drive to Flagstaff Med Center and shopping, you'll have a private bedroom, bathroom and a study. Shared kitchen, dining room, laundry. WiFi. Driveway parking. Only yards from hiking trails. I'm the live-in homeowner. Retired 2 years ago from 30 years in corporate telecom engineering. Ex EMT-B and sheriff's volunteer tactical medic. Stays in increments of 2 weeks are preferred.
