This house is newly built and it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms to the right of the house with a bathroom in the middle. These 2 bedrooms are the ones listed for rental however they are listed separately. The house has a kitchen, dining room and living room space that is available for my guests. The living room has IPTV with a 75" TV. This bedroom has a 50" TV equipped with IPTV. The house is situated in a friendly residential area with close neighbors. Cell phone in room.
