Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the country while you stay in your private bedroom! You will enjoy the extra space in a private attached family room. The space includes a kitchenette and a newly built private bathroom in 2022 . This suite is located in the basement of our farmhouse and you will enjoy privacy throughout the space. We also have laundry facilities and exercise equipment available for you to enjoy. This is a great way to experience a country stay on a working grain farm.

cute & cozy basement close to downtown

Brookings is a wonderful little town! The perfect little bedroom if you want to be a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops. You will have the entire basement to yourself. During the summer months, you can walk to the farmers market on Saturday mornings. This is our second time hosting an Airbnb. We live on site with our baby and fur babies, so please let us know if you have any questions or need anything.

This home will be all yours when you book! There are three beds, two bathrooms and two different living room areas with TVs to unwind after a long day of sports or work. This house is located near the Hillcrest Aquatic Center so you will be pretty well centrally located. The property has a large patio with a charcoal and gas grill available for guest use and two different kitchen areas.
