Ideally located for guests attending Edinburgh Festival, The Royal Highland Show or Edinburgh's Hogmany party! Within short walking distance of popular wedding venue Houston House Hotel. Excellent for golfers with a variety of courses nearby.

Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
