If the weather disagrees, enjoy your coffee in front of the cozy fireplace in your charming bungalow, complete with cathedral ceilings and sliding glass doors. Close to hiking & biking trails, and many outdoor activities. 10 minutes to nearby Granville, NY or Poultney, VT. While not technically a 'tiny' house, it is a cozy cabin of 550sqft.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

With a lakeside sitting area and dock, large deck, horseshoes, fire pit, kayaks, and an expansive lawn, there is no shortage of ways to unwind and take in the serenity of this quintessential Vermont lake house, during every season. A beautiful chalet situated between mountains and Lake St Catherine. Whether on the deck or inside the house, you can enjoy the tranquil and serene view of the mountains and the lakes. At over 3000 sq ft, the house offers multiple gathering areas, including separate living room(s), a sociable kitchen, a pool table, and a bar. A perfect home for a retreat. Located less than 10 mins from Lake St Catherine Park and country club and many hiking and mt-biking options for the active guests.

Oma's Cabin - A Quiet, Off-Grid Forest Retreat

This tiny cabin is nestled in the woods, far from the noise of modern life. Originally built by my mom, “Oma,” to use as a retreat while visiting her grandkids, it's a green paradise in the summer and, with its cute woodstove, a warm and cozy retreat in the winter. 'Oma's Cabin' is located up Tunket Road in the Mettowee Valley of Pawlet, VT - our driveway is also the trailhead for Haystack Mt., so you have a spectacular hike out your front door. Cabin is HIKE-IN ONLY during the winter.

This custom build apartment is located just 10 minutes from I91. In the winter you are 30 minutes away from some of the best skiing around. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer you can relax by the firepit, hike in the woods, work in the gardens (just kidding), collect breakfast from the chickens or visit some of the local breweries. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.

If you are looking for a cozy spot to relax in a small town, with fast internet and easy access to lots of fun activities, this house is it! On the main floor of the house, there is an open layout that includes a library, a small bar, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a finished basement that includes a large family area with a huge couch (perfect for movies), a workspace, and a laundry space. Private parking and lots of outdoor space.

River House Apartment - Dog friendly

Entire downstairs of a house with one double bed. There is nice bathroom with shower. There is a microwave, coffee, massage chair, outdoor grill and picnic table. Internet and cable provided with fire stick for the TV. Fire pit and hot tub are shared by other guests. Up to three and all size dogs or pets are allowed and welcome. The three acres has a lovely place for them to run and has been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Please note: key replacement $30 if lost or taken
