Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. This is a downstairs suite with plenty of headroom, unless you are extremely tall. Floor to ceiling is 6ft 9 3/4 inches. where a supporting beam crosses the ceiling where the headroom is 6ft 2"

Stairway access to the suite above the garage in a family home. There is a balcony to relax, overlooking back gardens. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a dishwasher. A pack and play is included for infant needs. One reserved parking spot.

Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. If 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area. Our house is located in Langford, just minutes from downtown Victoria. With a 2 minutes walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 minute drive to the shopping centre, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island.
