Welcome to The Vista Villa, Vermillion's premier short term accommodations!
Whether gathering with friends for a collegiate event or hosting a family holiday, this home is sure to accommodate inside & out. The full kitchen dawns an oversized quartz island with seating for 6. The backyard features a deck with privacy wall ideal for grillin’ & chillin’.
There is off and on-street parking available as well as a 2-stall garage.
All three bedrooms host their own bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head, king sized bed, double closets, and patio door access to the deck. All bedroom closets include organizers, suitable for extended stays! There is also a half bath for extra guests to utilize.

Come and stay in our historical home build in 1918. We have a private entrance basement living space that is located close to USD, downtown, and the hospital.
Our space includes:
Kitchen: fully stocked with utensils etc, coffee pot, fridge, freezer, range, oven, microwave.
Bathroom: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
Laundry room: washer and dryer with detergent and bleach
We are a family of four (two children, 7 and 4) and one dog. We live in the upstairs portion of the house.

Located 3 blocks from downtown and 6 blocks from the USD. Large bedroom (280 sq ft) and private bathroom in secluded portion of house, with one queen bed. The room has a desk, wifi, tv. There is an adjacent kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and washer and dryer. There is private parking on the premises. The refrigerator is stocked with beverages and snacks. Continental breakfast is available in the morning. (We don't provide linens for sleeping on the couch.)
