It has all amenities, perfectly located for experiencing and accessing the city as a local by foot, bike, bus, metro. It’s where you want to be. It's an old historic apartment, kept with all its details and patina. Worth mentioning is the high quality king size bed and the included bicycle + bike helmet. Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
