This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Private suite - incl breakfast in Heritage home

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The 5 room guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, an office, a verandah and bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Central fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment (ground floor), fully equipped kitchen and own courtyard in a terrace house. We live upstairs. Private secure entrance. Check in 2pm -6pm! Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Central three bedroom garden retreat

Light, spacious and tranquil, our house is less than ten minutes to Sydney CBD, and a few minutes walk to the Annandale café and restaurant hub. and Wayward brewery! We are central, but on a very quiet street. We also have two kids under 9; the toys are tidied away, but your kids are welcome to play with them if they want. The bunk bed is a King Single so reasonably roomy. Travel Cot also available if needed. Pool available October till March; packed away for Winter but swapped for Spa.

Our clinker brick feature wall reveals the heart imprint seen on real Sydney convict bricks. Our street was built in the 1880's. Our building was completely rebuilt in 2018/2019. Our location & neighbourhood is inner west Sydney at its best. We are just 280 metres from Erskineville Station, which means we are just 15 minutes from the Opera House and 9 minutes from Darling Harbour- 160 ms. from Erko. village- 700 ms. from King St. Newtown. We are 1.2km from the Aust. Technology Park.

Bamboo house is a luxury 3 bedrooms house located close to the city, airport, Brighton La sands beach, Arncliffe train station. The house can accommodate up to 9 people ( 3 Queen beds & 1 sofa bed, two mattresses). The House itself is located on a huge piece of land and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden.
