As the first light of morning kisses the Mediterranean, join me, a yoga teacher, in Malmousque for a transformative Kundalini Yoga session by the sea, inviting you to synchronize movement, breath, and sound with the rhythm of the waves. • Begin with a warm welcome and a moment to set personal intentions, followed by breathwork techniques and gentle warmup stretches that harmonize with the natural rhythm of the sea. • Transition and flow into a krill (core Kundalini sequence) featuring empowering postures designed to elevate your energy and cultivate inner balance. • Engage in a calming meditation that fosters inner peace and clarity, it can be an immersive chanting meditation. • Our session concludes with a deep Savasana and then a closing circle with herbal tea and light snacks. Explore the Universe - Teide Telescope Experience

No events from September 12th to 29th. Time to rest. I invite you to join me on this telescope adventure to unravel the secrets of the Universe from the pristine and clear skies of Teide National Park. In this activity, I will guide you through the stars, constellations, planets, deep sky objects, the history of science, and the state-of-the-art in astrophysical research. While enjoying the breathtaking landscapes of Teide at night, we will use a professional telescope to get us closer to the sky. Tuesdays and Fridays: Regular Group Activities in English, gathering on average 4 to 8 people. The observation will be held in the surroundings of Cañadas del Teide Parador Hotel, the easiest meeting spot at night. Ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends who want to grasp the mysteries of the Universe and be inspired by human imagination. Other days can be available depending on the season. Keep in mind the activity changes depending on the season, the moon phase, and astronomical ephemerides. No previous experience is needed. Activities may be canceled depending on the weather or fully cloudy skies. If I cancel, you are 100% refunded. If you wish for a private activity, just let me know.

Teide National Park Stargazing Adventure in Tenerife

No events from September 12th to 29th. Time to rest. Join us on this unforgettable stargazing adventure in the heart of Teide National Park. At an elevation of about 2000 meters above sea level, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the starry night sky, a celestial experience like no other. Our journey begins at the Roques de García area, where we'll start our exploration either at nightfall or by sunset, depending on the season. This enchanting tour includes a detailed interpretation of the night sky, blending astronomy with history. You'll learn about constellations, planets, and celestial phenomena such as the moon phases and shooting stars. This easy night walk of 2-3km is perfect for families, couples, and friends who want to be inspired by nature, enjoy a relaxing walk, and take time to stop, sit, and contemplate the night. Regular group activities in English are held on Tuesdays and Fridays, gathering an average of 10 to 20 people. Other days may be available depending on the season. Spanish sessions are usually hosted by coworkers. Lanterns are provided, but please note that a telescope is not included. If you wish for a private activity or to include a telescope observation, just let me know. Activities may be canceled depending on weather conditions, a fully cloudy sky or seasonal arragements. Our morning yoga sessions on Corralejo Beach offer creative and gentle mindful flowing movement with yin yoga elements to bring balance to your body and mind. What to Expect: Mindful Flow: Movement linked to the breath to increase flexibility, improve posture and release tension from the body. Gentle Yet Refreshing: The practice is gentle yet refreshing, often free flow with plenty of modifications to make it accessible for everyone. Yin Yoga: A gentle practice that emphasizes holding poses for longer periods to target deep connective tissues and enhance flexibility. Breath Awareness: Simple and mindful breathing techniques to help you become more aware of your breath. Verbal Guidance: I favor verbal cues and avoid any hands-on adjustments. Additional Info: Mats: Mats are disinfected after each use. Location: This is an outdoor class on a public beach. The weather conditions and distractions around us are out of our control.
