Arbor House

The Arbor house is a 400 square foot, 1 bedroom guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to the house. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. We are just outside the city limits (by 100 feet) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and hardy shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of Southeast Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

Our place is perfect for relaxation while enjoying breathtaking desert views. Our home can accommodate a family of seven or friends who don't mind being close. We have a fully stocked kitchen which is perfect for those on a budget or prefer home cooked meals. The home is located in Mountain Time. From Mar. to Oct. we observe Daylight Savings (one hour ahead (later) than Arizona (which does not observe Daylight Savings)). Time at this Utah home is the same as Colorado and New Mexico year round.

Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the main house doesn't fit your needs.

This newly constructed eco friendly cabin is outfitted with the basic necessities one will need for a pleasant stay. All bedding, linens, comforter, bath towels are changed daily. Living room and fire place all provided for good measure.

This getaway is a quaint 2 story 1 bedroom, 1 bath river front guest home that is perfect for two. The 700 sq. ft. home faces views of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river and sits in a lush riparian oasis surrounded by 600 ft. sandstone cliffs. The guest house faces away from the main house 600 ft. away, so as to maximize privacy. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders.
