Nice three-bedroom home located in quiet neighborhood of Saginaw Township. Close to restaurants and shopping. There is a fourth bed (queen) in the finished basement for larger parties. The following is the bedroom setup: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Basement (finished) - Queen bed. Property is also pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Recently had a cleanliness issue. New cleaning company hired plus, decided to add some carpeting and touchup painting.

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
