Savannah has become quite the foodie town. Lots of restaurants and bars that have been around for years.
Tybee also has quite a few good eats and bars (of course). Savannah and Tybee are "drinking cities with a fishing problem"!
Covid Update-check to see availability
Tybee-Go for a drink at sunset-better get there early for a table-great food and the view is terrific! Bring bug spray.

Tybee-Ok- personally I still love the Crab Shack-yes it is touristy, and maybe big for its britches, but the fresh boiled shrimp, crab, potatoes -yum! Just be in the mood to get grubby. It's peel and eat!

Essentials
It is the only grocery store on Tybee. Great meats-(they have a butcher) sandwiches at the deli are enough for 2 people. The owner is a great community supporter and donates to many fundraisers.

They have wonderful shows, concerts, and old movies. I just saw "The Sound of Music" on the HUGE screen. They also have caberets-saw a local group Velvet Caravan-try to catch them.
