Vegetarian goodness! Nice place with many vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options. They have a full menu, a great tea list, and local beers.

Rainbow has been voted best vegetarian in Fort Collins for the past 15 (or so) years. It also has meat options. I recommend this place for breakfast.

This is often considered the best breakfast in town. It is a southern creole-style breakfast with huge servings. Their buttermilk biscuits are out of this world! Hint: Get there early!

I'll be honest - Fort Collin's doesn't have the best indian food but if you have a hunkering for some, this is the place to go to. They have a lunch buffets that is $9/person and has many options.
