Great view of downtown. Beautiful indoor/outdoor seating. Restaurant, bar, music. You can see into Busch Stadium. Walk over to the Hilton Ballpark at 4pm. Take the elevator to the top floor. Step out into 360. On the weekends they have a DJ.

Even when the Arch is closed, you can walk down to the Mississippi and enjoy watching the barges and riverboats move along the river. The snack bar and gift shop down on the river offer some great inexpensive food and beverages.
