This coffee shop has a gazillion choices of coffee and milk!! It also has a great choice of food. But what makes this place special (to me anyway!) is the friendly service and great atmosphere. A good spot if you are visiting Portobello Markets.

If you been to Portobello Market, this place is like a retreat from the crowds. At the back is the coffee shop and outside at the back is an amazing garden. It's my haven. It's quiet and peaceful. I think it even feels quiet spiritual. The museum is worth a visit too. It's only 5 minutes from my flat.

You can walk to Hyde Park from my flat. It takes me 40 minutes. Or you can take the 52 or 452 bus from Ladbroke Grove and that takes about 20 minutes.

My flat is greatly located for the tube.
The wonderful thing about my flat is that it is only a two minute walk from Latimer Road tube station and you have the choice of either the Hammersmith & City line (the pink one) or the Circle line (the yellow one).

Should you wish to see the city take the bus
10 minutes walk from my flat you have a choice of 4 or 5 buses to take you to Paddington, Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, The Strand or St Paul's Cathedral. Another bus takes you to Kensington High Street, Knightsbridge and Sloane Square.

Charity shops on Portobello Road
When you visit Portobello Markets be sure to look out for a number of great charity shops. There's also one on Westbourne Grove called Oxfam, not far from Portobello.

For getting around be sure to get an Oyster card
You save money with an Oyster card and it can be used on both tubes and busses. Also, if you use the bus, you will only be charged one fare if you hop on and off with the hour.
