Amazing park, so many activities for families and individuals. The park is within walking distance of the condo. Great place to hang out for families and individuals. Walking trails with beautiful sunsets over the bay. Ocean City does many outside activities at this park. Playground for the kids. Great place to visit on cooler days when the beach may be a bit chilly.

Food Scene
Also know as Beach Barrels. Good food, and wonderful atmosphere. Local bands/entertainment most weekends. Local hangout where everyone is treated like a local. One of my favorite places to relax when I'm workingon the condo.

Everything in one location
This shopping center is 5 blocks from the condo. It has just about everything you forgot to pack or wanted to pick up when you got to OC. This grocery store, a dollar tree, hardware store (so many more things then a normal hardware store), several restaurants and even a liquor store.

My son and I love to play here, because of the choice of indoor or outdoor course. It's just across the street from the condo, making it super easy to get too.
