This little coffee shop has one of the best coffee's that I have had in a long time! The staff are incredibly friendly and during the week at lunch (around 1pm) they offer an incredibly fresh and delicious salad.

Our favourite pizzeria to go to. Franco Manca offers wood oven baked sourdough pizzas in an authentic Italian atmosphere. All of the staff are Italian and incredibly welcoming. They also do takeaway (collection only) and seated dining. They are incredibly popular during the tennis and expand their seating area along the pavement outside.

This is a great little café and restaurant set inside a plant nursery. It is best to visit on a sunny day and if you are nearby visiting Richmond or Richmond Park.

The Swan Pub at the Globe (21 New Globe Walk, Bankside)
This is a very smart pub and restaurant with the pub on the first floor and the restaurant on the second. The food is amazing and the cocktails delicious! There is a view over the River Thames and St. Pauls Cathedral.

The Village is an incredibly quaint place to visit with lots of pubs for a good Sunday roast or restaurants from many different cuisines, from Thai, to French and Italian.
There are some very high fashion brands on the high street and you will regularly see a few famous faces.
There is also a local horse riding stable where you can go for an afternoon lesson.
Sightseeing
This is our local park. The tennis queues start here and people will also camp during the championships. The park is great for picnics and walking around the lake.
There are tennis courts, volleyball courts and mini-golf. There are also two large children's play areas, one for small children and one for older children.

Wimbledon Common is only a 25 minute walk from the house and is a great place to go for a walk and feel like you are outside of London. There are many great walking paths and lakes to sit by, and even a golf course.

Our local theatre is in Wimbledon Town and offers a great selection of shows all year round, with many on tour from the West End or Broadway. There are lots of choices for eating nearby and very easy to get to on public transport or by car.
