My healthy meal of choice
Starting eating here and with 3 days of exercise a week, I lost twelve pounds in a month. I want to share this restaurant with everyone.
One word, "Ambiance!" This restaurants has it all, river view, great seafood, and prices are reasonable. Oh BTW, Did I mention the corn balls, just awesome!

You absolutely cannot get more food for your money anywhere! an easy 45 minute ride, but worth every mile. Seafood bar on weekends, after 4pm. Get there early by 3pm or 3:30pm, cause the line gets long fast!

Awesome breakfast, shrimp and grits, salmon and grits, liver and grits...... awesome. Small eatery so can get crowded quickly, but offers take away boxes.

They make delicious low-calorie heart-healthy meals, that can be heated in the microwave in four minutes, or you can have something prepared at the restaurant. Most meals are around 400 calories, including breakfasts. They have a variety of meals and the menu changes from week to week. You also can have fresh meals prepared while you wait. Best of all most meals are around $6.50.
Now, this is not fancy food for an anniversary, or special occasions, these are life-changing meals, heart healthy. I am sharing this as a diversion to fast food eating while in Savannah, and since my kitchen has a microwave, you can stock up on a few, and save a little money eating out. Plus your heart will appreciate it. Check out their website below for hours.

Well, I don't hang out often anymore, but for a nice evening out this is the spot. Recently, I had a surprise birthday party for my aunt, she turned 60, but barely looks 40. Anyway, everything was "awesome". The food, the music, and the staff were just "awesome." We didn't have any drinks, but I heard thru the grapevine, the drinks are awesome too!
