There are several restaurant/bars in this super hip sneaky back alley...you can get to to from Murray street...but maybe go in from the cobblestone driveway off King street behind the Belgium Beer Cafe the first time and come out the sneaky lane entrance.

This was my local and is found through some giant jarrah doors and down underground...think high-end Americana with 5 star food...its not cheap and you can drop some serious coin in there but if you buy well (go for the shared meat option) you can have an amazing night without a second mortgage.

and out back of Jamies are heaps of great options(Ribs, Dumplings,German, NewYork+++) ...for Jamies sometimes you have to wait to get a table..so head down there(maybe try to call but I always just popped down) and put your name and number in come home and have a drink at your own bar ;-) they call you 5 mins before your table is ready... head on down... or put your name in and go to a bar/cafe nearby there are heaps
