12 min SE heading towards Colorado Springs on highway 24. A very cool, quirky, artsy community nestled between the cabin and on the western flank of Colorado Springs. Lots of fun restaurants, a great downtown creek side arcade with skeeball, kiddie rides etc. It's a great place to take the family.

10 Min up Ute Pass from our cabin, Woodland Park is a fun little mountain town with many great restaurants and attractions. Its also worth noting this is the closest Wal-mart (mountain style :)) and Grocery Stores.

Green Mountain Falls is the sister village of Chipita Park where our cabin sits. Its about 2 miles up the pass via Chipita Park Rd and it's charming. There's not a lot to do but there are a few restaurants and a small quaint main street bordered by a beautiful pond and gazebo.

Green Mountain Falls is the sister village of Chipita Park where our cabin sits. Its about 2 miles up the pass via Chipita Park Rd and it's charming. There's not a lot to do but there are a few restaurants and a small quaint main street bordered by a beautiful pond and gazebo.
Sightseeing
Our house is at the base of the Pikes Peak Highway. Taking a drive up America’s Mountain is always a blast. Beautiful views abound.

It's a fun vintage amusement park right at the foot of Pikes Peak. Don't go expecting Disneyland and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It's relatively inexpensive (as amusement parks go) and our kids are in love with the place.
