This is a good example of a modern gastropub. It's an easygoing and pleasant spot but a little too expensive in my opinion.

There are several pubs in the neighborhood, but this is more of a bar. It's quite dingy and a little random but I quite like it and they're open relatively late.
For more of a trendy nighttime scene, take the bus to Peckham where all the cool kids hang out...
