The Spanish Moss Trail is located two blocks from our house. It is a well-traveled trail for walking, jogging, roller blading, and biking. It is a scenic trail that takes us over marshes and rivers. Beautiful!

You will see beautiful antebellum homes dating back to the pre-civil war days. "Forest Gump", "The Great Santina", "The Big Chill", "G.I. Jane", "Platoon", and "Forces of Nature" are several movies that have been filmed here. Tidaholm Mansion was prominently featured in the Big Chill as the house where old friends come together. It is located at One Laurens Street in downtown.
