Miralaghi extendes between Umbria and Tuscany, and not far from Latium either, on a lovely hill, in an ideal position for a lot of trips, right in the centre of Italy, only 15 km from the A1 motorway, at an altitude that goes from 450 to 650 meters above sea level, with an enviable climate, both in winter and in summer. Born as an hunting lodge, In 750 acres of amazing nature, between forest, olives plants, lakes, woods, and stunning views, our spacious home comfortably welcomes 8 people in four bedrooms with 2 bathroom.

TREKKING AND CYCLING: enjoy Miralaghi with its wonderful excursions on foot or mountain bike, close to unspoiled nature dense of woodlands full of wildlife; inside there is a reported path for mountains bikes crossing breath-taking landscapes. FISH: fish at our fishing pond (No-kill fish); there are perch, pike, carp, but they were also caught eels and crayfish.
PICNIC or take a picnic in the forest near the romantic lake.
FITNESS or do, as Rambo, the fitness trail in the forest (17 stops, the children like it a lot) or simply walk along it.
PLAYGROUND : let your children to go to the play-ground. Play boules at the boules field, play ping-pong and soccer games together
BIRD WATCHING: climb on the two birds watching.
Tired? Relax in the sun, play chess under the oak, admiring the wonderful sunset and the never- ending view around you, eat out and try the local gourmet specialities, not forgetting our olive oil.
NATURE: there are still many species of wild animals, which I try to protect in every way: foxes, roe deer, hedgehogs, porcupines, wild boars, hares, and squirrels; fire-flies in June, July. A couple of buzzards and a hawks often circle above us. A family of barn owls is often seen at night. Robin, jay, hoopoe, green-peak are usual visitors. Pheasants and partridges are often set free here.

I've never seen such a view like from our property: arriving on top of Mount Pausillo you can see from Perugia to Cortona; from Assisi to Città della Pieve, From Mount Cetona and Amiata to Sibillini mountains, The lakes Chiusi, Trasimeno and Pietrafitta. Chianciano, Montepulciano and much more... You don't believe it? Come to admire it. All places you can reach.

Maria Luisa’s home is located in Città della Pieve, Umbria, Italy. The masterpieces of the sorroundings: Paciano a faboulous middleage small fortified village, Panicale a wonderful renaissance village, Chiusi the old etruscan capital of King Porsenna with the etrusca tombs to visit and the underground town, Montepulciano where is the most beautiful cellar of the world (and the wine, of course), the playgroung of Twilight II, Cortona (under Tuscany sun) the one I like more with a wonderful museum with the oldest lamp in the world (IV cent. BC), Castiglione del Lago on the Trasimeno Lake with the fortress done by Federico II to reach through the walls of the town, his nice weekly market..., The Maggiore island in the lake to reach by ferry from where admire the sunset on the lake. Sarteano where a new etruscan- roman tomb has been recently discovered, Cetona with the preistorical caves, San Casciano or Bagni San Filippo where to go to take a hot bathe during the winter....Perugia with the stunning Rocca Paolina marvellous and unknown.

I like people who come to visit my property because I like to share it: it is a unique place. The air is clean, full of good energy, the silence is broken by the the gentle breeze and birdsong.
I live in another house in the estate where I like to invite my guests for a drink. Miralaghi is a perfect place where to live and work because it is beautiful, near Rome and Florence in un area full of theathers, events, festivals, music, concerts, parade, cinemas. So after my work I can do something that generally you find in the big cities as a fantastic exibition in Florence or Rome, or festival in Perouse or theather in Città della Pieve or Montepulciano, to be ready to give you the best 'adress' at your arrival.But sometime I prefer to look at the stars with my sons.
Or sometime I go to do a horse-ride with a magnificent Arab horse inside the magnificent property where I never time to go.
