Within walking distance and down some steps is a quiet beach area where guests can enjoy swimming, various fishing spots, free use of a double kayak or a coast walk to the wharf for fish & chips, tide dependant.

We have 2 kayaks & 2 paddle boards and a private forest walkway to Moonlight Bay. Well provisioned with washing machine, kitchen, comfy double bed, bathroom and a glorious outside bath for those who like marinating in the bird's evensong. This groundfloor apartment has it's own entrance way down the side steps.

Vibrant Raglan township is a quick five minute car trip (or enjoy the 30 minute walk), where you can find great restaurants, cafes, beaches, and other amenities. Walk along the beach to The Wharf for fish and chips at low tide.

Let us share our dream with you! Our home has recently been completed and offers stylish and open plan living with water access 30m away. Watch the children paddle board and swim whilst you relax on our large deck overlooking the peaceful estuary at Rangitahi. A walking track in front of the house meanders through the development and passes The Hut cafe 100m up the road. The laid back vibe of Raglan town is a short 20 minute walk away which is filled with trendy shops, cafes and restaurants.

Just 1.3 km stroll from town and minutes to the water. Our new studio has it all: ensuite with shower/bath, smart TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, and BBQ. Perfect for two, with a sofa bed for extra guests or budget stays. Located beneath our home with private entry — you might hear our young kids (3 & 4) or our friendly lab Max during the day, but evenings are peaceful from 7 pm – 7 am.

Set in an idyllic location our new three bedroom home is surrounded by birdlife, garden, bush and water views. With decks extending the spacious living our home will allow you to refresh and renew. Featuring two comfortable queen beds, the option of twins or a king , tiled ensuite and bathrooms with quality linen and toiletries. A portacot with portacot mattress and fold out bed are available if requested.
