Замок 1910 года, одна из построек комплекса зданий «принцевских времен», ровесник закладки курорта Гагра. Есть несколько версий кому ранее принадлежал замок. По одной из них это гостевой дом Ильи Силина друга принца Александра Ольденбургского. По другой, это дом Булгаридт. В 50-е годы в здании располагалась музыкальная школа. Много лет здание было закрыто. Нам удалось восстановить его и сохранить лепнину ,лестницу и добавить современную,комфортную мебель ,атмосферу в замке .

This apartment is located on the first floor and has its own secluded patio and veranda. If necessary, during the visit of 2 visitors, the apartment can be converted into one bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a full kitchen. An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. Also, occasionally cows and horses passing by the gravel road. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.
