Lake Pokegama is ready for swimming, canoeing, fishing & boating on its 3,000 acres. There is also access to Cross Lake via the Snake River which is just a short jaunt away and across from the public launch. Bring your boat, or rent our pontoon! We also have a new Hot Huis which has a 3 person Finnleo Infrared Sauna. Perfect for those winter days!!

The Cardinal Cabin

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

Entire cottage to yourself with a magnificent lake view. We have 315 feet of lakeshore located on 4 acres on Island Lake. We have a private dock. Our 900 square ft cottage has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a couch that opens up into a bed.
