This 1 bedroom river cottage has been fully renovated and is a mere 90 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD. It is bright and airy and the views down to the river are stunning. The cottage has direct access to the lovely Goulburn River. There is queen bed, all amenities are renovated with a kitchenette and balcony overlook the river. The cottage has been set up similar to a luxurious motel room. THIS IS STRICTLY A NON SMOKING COTTAGE, cleaning fees may apply if this request is ignored.

Upton Hill Cottage is self-catering farm-stay accommodation 16km into the Strathbogie Ranges from Avenel. It is surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards, farmland & replanted & remnant bush. Guests can meet the animals, ramble, birdwatch, cycle, observe native flora & fauna, fish, do scenic tours, marvel at the ancient granite formations of the unique Strathbogie batholith, & enjoy local wineries, music & restaurants.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions
