There is a public and private boat ramp easily accessible. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the porch that wraps the house on 3 sides. Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Clark’s River House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on the banks of the Oconee River. Public boat ramp 1/2 mile away. River front. Nice private place for business or pleasure. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Front and back porches. Fenced in yard for small children, pets and extra privacy. Lott does connect to the river. Over 100ft of river front. WiFi has been added as of 1-25-25 by popular demand.
