During WINTER: must have AWD or FWD, experience driving in serious winter weather (snow, severe wind, extreme cold); the cabin is located on gravel roads & dirt driveway. Located with an awe-inspiring view of the mountains and so close to Yellowstone and Chico Hot Springs, and the western town of Livingston. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.

Kiss Me Over the Garden Gate

Kiss me over the Garden gate is an heirloom cottage flower. And like many of the plants of this arid landscape, our garden and the apartment itself emphasizes efficiency and minimalism with a dash of whimsy and charm. The apartment is located in the original footprint of my house which was built in 1905. I live in the newer addition adjacent to the apartment. One wall separates the old from the new. Outside in the yard guests will find years of gardening experiments...not all fruitful.

The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. The goats will entertain you for days & the stunning mountain view never never gets old.

Cottage is super cozy, sparkling clean, all the amenities of home and more, relax in front of the fireplace inside, or if you prefer the crackling sound and smell of a wood burning fireplace mosey on out to the outdoor fireplace pavilion. Come meet our resident horses, nothing like a little horse therapy. There is a Mini split a/c located in kitchen area not in bedroom.

The Eagle’s Nest Silo

Enjoy crisp mornings in this unique reclaimed silo. These silos are featured in the TV show Restoration Road. Originally saved from destruction in North Dakota, these have been turned into unique homes situated at the base of the Greycliffs for which the town was named. Enjoy watching the buffalo with their newborn calves roam the fields while relaxing in the hot tub or making memories on top of the Eagle’s Nest landing!
