There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River,Sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please. Relax in a unique and comfortable cabin located in the heart of central Wyoming. This place is next to a horse barn with the opportunity to take Riding Lessons, or a Personalized Horse Experience during your stay. It is located just outside the town of Riverton, WY. It is a five minute drive to Central Wyoming College and 7 minutes from downtown Riverton. Central Wyoming Regional Airport is 10 minutes away. The town of Lander, Wyoming is a mere 30 minutes away.

JMA Granary

If you're looking for a unique stay - you've come to the right place. The JMA Granary is quiet, cozy and comfortable! The restroom and shower at the JMA Crows Nest is just a short walk. For those 'middle of the night' bathroom needs, we have a nice port-a-potty in the outhouse, next to the Granary. Your nearest neighbors are a couple of horses and a donkey named Otis! The granary is 15' in diameter, has air conditioning and heat. No wifi inside.
