Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.
