Quiet, private, secluded home on 25 acres of forested land. The home was built from logs milled on site. Enjoy filtered spring water, natural light, stargazing, & views of the tops of Mount Baker and the Sisters on a clear day. Owls and Elk can be heard during the evening hours at certain times of the year. Heat is provided by a wood stove and 3 space heaters. Mount Baker is 1 hour away; Bellingham is 30 minutes. Well-behaved, house trained, and supervised pets are welcome with a per pet fee.

The North Fork Riverbend boasts the Huckleberry Hideaway! A tiny log cabin located along the Mt Baker National forest! Perched along the North Fork of the Nooksack River! Enjoy your cup of coffee or tea on the deck or do yoga while listening to the bald eagles! Swing in the hammock of the pavilion while enjoying the fire pit next to the river! Lagom: Swedish for "not too little, not too much"...this cabin is just right. Lagom cabin combines cozy, PNW cabin vibes with Scandinavian simplicity (including a fireplace straight from Norway!) Recently renovated and dog-friendly. Large open living area and dedicated office (work the morning and ski the afternoon!) Located within the quiet, gated Glacier Rim community, as close as you can get to Mt. Baker Ski Area. Tucked away in the trees so you almost wouldn't know it was there.

Country Guesthouse

A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack and it's wildlife is a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future. A final note: we require that you be vaccinated and boosted. Hope you understand.
