The Garden Room

Cozy cabin set amongst coastal forest, nestled amongst the trees overlooking the beautiful garden and Wainui beach. Wake to the rising sun and songs of the birds. It is ONE LARGE ROOM with separate bathroom and a small kitchenette and wrap around deck area. Super king bed can be used as x2 singles. Pull out king single couch bed plus roller bed for a 4th person. Please let me know at time of booking as to bed configuration. NB there are steps down to the accomodation, so heavy bags are not ideal

Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. It is great to get so many positive reviews for our Studio.

The Loft provides exclusive beachfront accommodation with majestic sea views and easy access to town and country. We are located at Makorori Beach, just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Gisborne and just 5 minutes further over the hill to popular Wainui. Boutique cottage in CBD

Quiet location in CBD, opposite a café. 2 minute walk to the supermarket and town centre. Close to Taruheru river, near the botanical gardens. You can enjoy the walkway which follows the river to Waikanae Beach (20 min walk), Midway Beach and Kiwa Pools (35 min walk). Or cross the footbridge to the Farmers Market (5 min). Private spa/hot tub available with your own personal entrance. Private, (off street). Fast internet. Laundromat around the corner. Continental breakfast provided.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Our spacious and comfortable retreat is located in central Gisborne, only a short stroll (200m) away from Ballance Street Village, where you will find great food, coffee and many other bare necessities (post, gift shop, florist, pharmacy, liquor store, etc). Your sunny room is self-contained and situated in a private area of the house with independent access and contactless entry system. Enjoy a luxury king bed, Wi-Fi, TV (freeview, Netflix), workspace and kitchenette.

2 bedroom spacious, cosy, warm, light & airy flat

2 bedroom fully self contained flat with full kitchen. Like most places in Gisborne, we are less than a 5 minute drive to beaches, town and restaurants. Walking distance to hospital. Super comfy queen bed in master bedroom and 2 singles in second bedroom. We are down a long driveway on a back section so the space is private and secure. On site parking is available at the door with plenty of room for a trailer. There is ample off street parking.

The Waikanae Beach Batch

Welcome to Waikanae Beach Batch. This beach style home with full home comfort amenities is just minutes walk to Waikane Beach and a very short walk to our local iconic Brewery. We have 3 spacious bedrooms with 1 x King bed, 1 x Queen bed and 2 single beds. There is a fully functional kitchen with eveything you need to enjoy a delicious meal. A lovely afternoon sundrenched private courtyard and deck at the rear of the home and also a washing machine.

Gisborne Dream Suite

The guest suite in the front of our character bungalow is centrally located to Gisborne town with its local eateries and beautiful beaches. Easy walking distance to the Tairawhiti Museum and the Saturday Farmers Market. It has its own separate entrance for you to come and go freely as you explore the Tairawhiti Region. We have created this little haven for wanderers, travellers and whānau (families) who want to enjoy the East Coast.

Norfolk House

This is our Winter home with all our possessions which will be left in the house for guests to enjoy and use. This house is on a park and walking distance to the beach and town and supermarket (5 minutes). Guests will be met on arrival and we will always be available should there be any queries. Heating, hot water, and a gas top all LPG. The tv is 65' inches and has Freeview, Netflix, and YouTube.
